Contact form enquiries: When you submit our contact form, we collect your first name, last name, phone number, email address, the type of enquiry (General, VIP Booth, Private Hire, Lost Property, Event/Promoter, Careers) and any message you provide.
Website usage data: We use analytics and tag management tools (via Google Tag Manager) to understand how visitors use our site, including pages viewed, time on site, device and browser type, and general location (derived from IP address).
In-venue data: When you visit Ice Nightclub, we check physical photo ID to confirm you are 18 or over. Our venue also operates CCTV for the safety and security of guests and staff. We do not retain copies of ID documents; ID is checked visually at the door only.

CCTV footage is retained for a limited period in line with our venue's health and safety and licensing obligations, then automatically deleted
